Chính sách này giải thích boivela thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân nào, dùng để làm gì, chia sẻ với ai, lưu bao lâu và bạn có những quyền gì. Chính sách được xây dựng theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.

1. Bên kiểm soát dữ liệu

Dịch vụ boivela (sau đây gọi là "boivela", "chúng tôi") là bên kiểm soát và xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn. Mọi yêu cầu liên quan đến dữ liệu cá nhân xin gửi về [email protected].

2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

Giao dịchSố dư credit, lịch sử nạp và trừ credit. Khi tính năng nạp tiền được bật: số tiền, nội dung chuyển khoản và thời điểm giao dịch ngân hàng. Chúng tôi không thu thập số thẻ hay mật khẩu ngân hàng.
Kỹ thuậtĐịa chỉ IP, thời điểm truy cập, loại trình duyệt, nhật ký thao tác (đăng nhập, tạo nội dung, lỗi hệ thống), nhật ký gửi email.

Chúng tôi không thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân nhạy cảm theo Điều 2 Nghị định 13/2023. Vui lòng không đưa thông tin nhạy cảm (sức khoẻ, tài chính, giấy tờ tuỳ thân…) vào mô tả hay ảnh tải lên.

3. Dữ liệu từ tài khoản Google

Khi bạn chọn "Đăng nhập bằng Google", chúng tôi chỉ yêu cầu các quyền cơ bản openid, email và profile, và nhận về: mã định danh tài khoản Google, địa chỉ email (kèm trạng thái đã xác minh), tên và ảnh đại diện.

Dữ liệu này chỉ dùng để tạo tài khoản, đăng nhập và hiển thị tên của bạn trong ứng dụng. Chúng tôi không đọc email, danh bạ, tệp hay bất kỳ dữ liệu nào khác trong tài khoản Google của bạn; không bán, không dùng cho quảng cáo, không dùng để huấn luyện mô hình AI, và không chuyển cho bên thứ ba ngoài những trường hợp nêu ở mục 5.

Việc boivela sử dụng và chuyển giao thông tin nhận được từ Google API tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google API Services, bao gồm các yêu cầu về Sử dụng giới hạn (Limited Use).

4. Mục đích xử lý

  • Tạo và quản lý tài khoản, xác thực đăng nhập, gửi mã OTP và email đặt lại mật khẩu.
  • Thực hiện yêu cầu tạo nội dung: gửi mô tả và tệp đầu vào tới mô hình AI, lưu kết quả để bạn xem và tải về.
  • Tính và trừ credit, lưu sổ giao dịch, đối soát khi có khiếu nại.
  • Bảo đảm an toàn: giới hạn tần suất, phát hiện lạm dụng, điều tra vi phạm Chính sách nội dung.
  • Hỗ trợ khách hàng và khắc phục sự cố kỹ thuật.
  • Tuân thủ nghĩa vụ pháp lý.

Cơ sở xử lý: sự đồng ý của bạn khi đăng ký và sử dụng dịch vụ (Điều 11 Nghị định 13/2023), việc thực hiện hợp đồng dịch vụ giữa bạn và chúng tôi, và các nghĩa vụ theo quy định pháp luật. Chúng tôi không dùng nội dung của bạn để huấn luyện mô hình AI.

5. Chia sẻ dữ liệu

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân. Dữ liệu chỉ được chia sẻ với các bên xử lý cần thiết để vận hành dịch vụ:

Chúng tôi có thể cung cấp dữ liệu cho cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền khi pháp luật yêu cầu.

6. Chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài

Máy chủ và một số bên xử lý nêu ở mục 5 đặt ngoài lãnh thổ Việt Nam. Khi sử dụng dịch vụ, bạn đồng ý cho dữ liệu được chuyển và xử lý ở nước ngoài cho đúng các mục đích tại mục 4. Chúng tôi thực hiện các thủ tục về chuyển dữ liệu cá nhân ra nước ngoài theo Nghị định 13/2023 và chỉ chọn bên xử lý có biện pháp bảo vệ dữ liệu phù hợp.

7. Thời gian lưu trữ

8. Cookie và lưu trữ trên trình duyệt

  • Cookie phiên đăng nhập (boivela_session): bắt buộc để giữ bạn đăng nhập, hạn 7 ngày, trình duyệt không cho JavaScript đọc.
  • Cookie truy cập giai đoạn thử nghiệm (boivela_gate): ghi nhận bạn đã nhập mã truy cập, hạn 30 ngày.
  • Lưu trữ cục bộ: ngôn ngữ, trạng thái thu gọn thanh bên và các tuỳ chọn giao diện — chỉ nằm trên máy bạn.

Chúng tôi không dùng cookie quảng cáo hay theo dõi của bên thứ ba.

9. Quyền của bạn

Theo Điều 9 Nghị định 13/2023, bạn có quyền: được biết; đồng ý hoặc rút lại sự đồng ý; truy cập và nhận bản sao dữ liệu; chỉnh sửa; xoá dữ liệu; hạn chế xử lý; phản đối xử lý; khiếu nại, tố cáo, khởi kiện; yêu cầu bồi thường thiệt hại; và tự bảo vệ theo quy định pháp luật.

Để thực hiện các quyền này — kể cả yêu cầu xoá tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu — hãy gửi email từ địa chỉ đã đăng ký tới [email protected]. Chúng tôi phản hồi trong thời hạn pháp luật quy định. Rút lại sự đồng ý hoặc xoá dữ liệu đồng nghĩa với việc chấm dứt sử dụng dịch vụ; số dư credit còn lại được xử lý theo Chính sách hoàn credit. Bạn cũng có thể thu hồi quyền truy cập của boivela bất cứ lúc nào tại trang quản lý tài khoản Google.

10. Bảo mật

Kết nối được mã hoá HTTPS; mật khẩu lưu dạng băm; phiên đăng nhập dùng cookie HttpOnly và bị vô hiệu khi bạn đổi mật khẩu; truy cập quản trị được ghi nhật ký. Không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối; nếu xảy ra sự cố ảnh hưởng tới dữ liệu của bạn, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo và báo cáo theo quy định.

11. Trẻ em

Dịch vụ dành cho người từ đủ 18 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em; nếu phát hiện, tài khoản và dữ liệu sẽ bị xoá.

12. Thay đổi chính sách

Khi có thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi cập nhật ngày hiệu lực ở đầu trang và thông báo trong ứng dụng hoặc qua email trước khi áp dụng.

1. Data controller

The boivela service ("boivela", "we", "us") controls and processes your personal data. Send any request about your personal data to [email protected].

2. Data we collect

We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined in Article 2 of Decree 13/2023. Please do not put sensitive information (health, finances, identity documents…) into prompts or uploads.

3. Data from your Google account

When you choose "Sign in with Google", we request only the basic openid, email and profile scopes and receive your Google account identifier, email address (with its verification status), name and profile picture.

We use this data only to create your account, sign you in and show your name in the app. We do not access your email, contacts, files or any other data in your Google account; we do not sell it, use it for advertising, use it to train AI models, or transfer it to third parties except as described in section 5.

boivela's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How we use data

  • Create and manage your account, authenticate sign-ins, send one-time codes and password-reset emails.
  • Fulfil generation requests: send your prompt and input files to an AI model and store the result for you to view and download.
  • Calculate and deduct credits, keep the transaction ledger, resolve disputes.
  • Keep the service safe: rate limiting, abuse detection, investigating breaches of our Content Policy.
  • Provide support and fix technical problems.
  • Meet legal obligations.

Legal bases: your consent when you register and use the service (Article 11, Decree 13/2023), performance of our service agreement with you, and legal obligations. We do not use your content to train AI models.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors needed to run the service:

We may disclose data to competent authorities when required by law.

6. International transfers

Our servers and some processors listed in section 5 are located outside Vietnam. By using the service you agree that your data may be transferred to and processed abroad for the purposes in section 4. We follow the cross-border transfer requirements of Decree 13/2023 and only use processors with appropriate safeguards.

7. Retention

8. Cookies and browser storage

  • Session cookie (boivela_session): required to keep you signed in, lasts 7 days, not readable by JavaScript.
  • Preview access cookie (boivela_gate): remembers that you entered the access code, lasts 30 days.
  • Local storage: language, sidebar state and interface preferences — kept only on your device.

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Your rights

Under Article 9 of Decree 13/2023 you have the right to be informed; to give or withdraw consent; to access and obtain a copy of your data; to rectify it; to delete it; to restrict or object to processing; to complain, denounce or sue; to claim damages; and to self-protection as provided by law.

To exercise these rights — including asking us to delete your account and all your data — email [email protected] from your registered address. We respond within the time limits set by law. Withdrawing consent or deleting your data ends your use of the service; any remaining credit is handled under our Refund Policy. You can also revoke boivela's access at any time from your Google Account settings.

10. Security

Connections are encrypted with HTTPS; passwords are hashed; sessions use HttpOnly cookies and are invalidated when you change your password; administrative access is logged. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your data, we will notify you and report it as required.

11. Children

The service is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect children's data; if we find any, the account and its data will be deleted.

12. Changes

For significant changes we update the effective date above and notify you in the app or by email before they apply.
